ALAMAZE: Inciting rebellion From: baidins@daffy.cis.udel.edu (Juris Baidins) Date: Fri, 08 Apr 1994 16:38:17 +0000 I have been told by some experienced people that it is impossible to incite a rebellion in an opponents capital (that is cause it to go neutral). The rule book of course says that it is more difficult to do so, but does not forbid this except for the ruler whose capital it is. Has Pegasus changed the rules ? Is it an action that is theoretically possible, but very unlikely to succeed ? -- Juris Baidins baidins@cis.udel.edu Referenced By Up
