Hi Garrett!

I am responding to your post because I have become a seriously
addicted Legends player.  At this time in 6, _yes count em_, games
in both the Midnight Games setup in Oregon and in the Dragon Games
franchise in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Legends is very _rules_ intense.  If you don't know the rules, then
be prepared to struggle writing orders.  However, once you learn
how an order works, it becomes a lot easier.  They have, because of
this pitfall for newer players, set up a _Mentor_ system of exper-
ienced players who are available from all over the US and Canada
to answer any questions.

With up to 200 players (real people) controling 5000 plus characters
in any one game on a playing field of 130x80 spaces, there is always
lots of stuff happening.

Both franchise locations have dedicated BBS's for their games and
general questions/communications.  Midnight Games is now experimenting
with e-mail turns.  I however lean to the smaller and more personable
franchise in Nova Scotia. Simon Parkinson, the owner & GM (gamesmaster)
has a very healthy attitude about his players.  "If you're not having
fun, the why would you play?".  This makes for some extras not found in
the much larger Midnight Games location.

The CDN$ is very cheap for you Americans too, which can be an advantage
for at least this point in time.  I suppose you already have the
Midnight games address, but I am including the Dragon Games address
and Phone numbers for your consideration too.
