Well, historically (? should it be mythologically) unicorn horns were supposed to be proof from poison. Stirring a drink with a unicorn horn would remove any poison from it. Maybe it does a Cure upon activation, with a good chance of removing poisons. Then again maybe not. How about you try it and see?
