Item lists are kept and maintained for ROI, COA and NIC.  They are made up
from contributions from players on the net.  e-mail me with stuff and it
will get added in a posted for general consumption.  The ROI list if very
large (although the NIC list is getting there) and is posted very
infrequently.  The COA list has become somewhat inactive.  All three are
available via ftp.  to get them do this:

ftp ftp.astro.cf.ac.uk
username: anonymous
password: your e-mail address

cd /pub/outgoing/Items

get nic.lis
get roi.lis
get coa.lis

That should get you the most recent item lists.  There is also a monster list:

get monsters.lis

This file lets you judge whther you are capable of hitting a monster "on Average".
There is always the above average monster that may kill you!

I have seen a copy of the Legends tome and as an experienced player I still
found useful info in there.  As a novice, each page will be a delight of
revelation.  Good value for money!

I have asked Rahn games in Britain to be a Mentor over here.  My phone number
is (0222) 497458.  Prohibited times are before 10am on Saturdays and Sundays,
6-7pm Wednesdays (Star Trek Zone) and after 7:30pm on Thursdays (I run Champions
Superhero role playing).
