For $20, you get all four rulebooks (over 225 pages), the full color map and the set-up sheets. 2. For $ 5, you get the rules on disk, as well as the map and set-up sheets. 3. For FREE, you get the General Rules of Play. The General Rules of Play is the "Overview Rulebook for Suzerainty. The other rulebooks are the General Orders Rulebook, the Scrolls of Magic (spells), and the IPP Set-up Guide. (IPP= Initial Parameter Points. You "spend" them to customize your suzerainty initial set-up. 4. You can download the rules from America Online or Compuserve. First turn turnaround is 3 weeks, after that it's 2 weeks.
