You only need one player's monster to issue the AC order, even when
he/she is in the same with several other players' monsters.

I don't know what happens if more than one player issues the AC
order. My guess is that the first one to get his turn received by ABM
will be issued, and the rest will not be run (and they'll probably
get a statement back like "Sorry, but you can only participate in the
Ancestral Ceremony once."). But that's just my guess.

It's important to have more than one monster is the same square when
the order is issued. Although you can issue the AC order with just
one monster by himself, the result won't be want you'd like to see.
