Although it's really weird for me to claim that I'd be as strange as
David desJ, I'd do the same thing he suggested. I think that adding
more programming-like constructs to Oly would be a bad thing, and I'd
be forced to abuse them.

And just to convince everyone that I'm serious, I averaged 40 orders
per noble last turn... without any of this ;-)

This would be ideal for a space game version of Trillion Credit
Squadron, which had a campaign game in which you were supposed to play
in this fashion, with written orders interpreted by a human GM.
