Oh how I wished for such commands all through out the alpha test :)

But for exactly the reason JM states I never proposed it to Rich.  The
learning curve on the orders syntax is already pretty steep for most
people.  The commands would be useful and increase your orders options
immensely, but I think you might have a lot of frustrated newbies trying
improper implementations and really screwing up their orders (and deciding
OLY isn't worth the effort).  Look at the newbie that inverted the
parameters on a simple BUY order turn 1; and bought 2 wood@50 gold each on
turn 2 :)
