OK, direct from the Realm of the Immortals Game #8 Senior Info Pack
for Faction #5 The Followers of the Nameless One (Midnight Games, USA):

Victory Condition #4:
  Must have found the Staff of Summoning and the Altar of Calamar,
  then enact the ceremony using spell #330.  Corlin Wareagle (the
  high-priest) must be present bearing one of each type of mark and
  item #1182.

Item #1182 is not listed in any Realm item list that I've ever seen
but it may be the Spark of Chaos that Dani mentioned above since all
the other items appear in known lists.

Note that Realm #8 has now ended (no, we didn't win) and it was a
"variant" game where all factional characters began the game controlled
by the Senior Player.  This implies that victory conditions could be
different for "normal" games.

P.S.  Rumor I heard was that banishment required possession of the
      dead body of the Nameless One at a certain island (probably
      the one where he was initially summoned).
