If you say "CELGOR" you will probably escape unharmed as that is the
vampire's name.  I don't know the ME reference for that.  Any takers?

If you attack, then it is like a normal challenge, but I don't know how
tough.  If you should win, you may get money and/or a lost list spell.
Most other responses you may expect to escape with one health point.
