LEGENDS News From: dwrobel@casbah.acns.nwu.edu (David Wrobel) Date: Sun, 25 Sep 1994 17:13:15 +0000 I spoke with Edi Birsan of Midnight Games yesterday, and have the following information to pass on: 1)There is an alpha version of a turn editor available on their BBS - file is LTE3.ZIP - which will allow you to enter orders for your games and (eventually, soon) upload them to the BBS for processing. They want feedback on it - give it a try, and pass on comments a) by posting them here, or b) sending a message on the Midnight BBS to "Legends Editor". 2) They are kicking around the idea of an international challenge game of Dark Domain, with teams assembled from each of the Legends regions: North America, UK, Austria, Holland. It would be an all "e-mail" (with turns through the BBS system) game, perhaps with each team submitting turns through their local company. Midnight would provide trophies for the winning team; what does everyone think? 3)Edi, Mike (the Midnight Programmer) and Steve Upton will be at the Brighton Pub meeting on Sat, Oct 1 - any and all Legends players in the UK are invited to come and meet with the crew! The Pub meet is at The Fiddler's Elbow on Boyces street in Brighton, starting at noon. Referenced By Up
