US, 4 issues $20, 6 issues $28, 12 issues $50

The issues are all sent from Birmingham (the UK one!) by FedEx (I
think) and remailed from there. A few days delay but better than the
old system.

It's supposed to come out every 2 months and it comes out every two
months. They had a hiatus a couple of years ago but it's been like
clockwork since then.
