Flagship is published 6 times a year, is usually on time, and have been very
reliable over the last 10 years. I don't remember the current cost.

I think that Flasgships's writing, layout and editing are much better. For
one thing, I _hate_ game based fiction for the most part. You don't see that
in Flagship. The articles tend to be more complete and comprehensive,
they feature more of the major games (PM seems to have the niche of small
and obscure games), and the writing is better. In addition, since many of
the Flagship regulars (and both editors) are on CIS, they cover PBEM in
depth which PM does not do.
