our world is a mess thanks to the Metahuman Registration Act that was
passed over thirty years ago. Your predecessors chose not to register
and went into hiding, but now you, the new generation of heroes, have
chosen not to idly hide while AZIMUTH uses Project: ORION to hunt your
kind down and place them in those so-called re-education camps, or
even the likes of those Project: MUTANT HUNT freaks who simply kill
us."

"Here, within the Bunker, you will learn to use your abilities to
there fullest, to not only protect our kind from them, but also to
protect mankind from others like us whose actions only fuel the
continuing propaganda that all S.P.B.s are evil. True, we are a
covert operation working outside of the law, but like you I cannot
standby and do nothing that is why I built this place and began to
recruit you and others like you. Together, we can make a difference
and prove that our kind and theirs can coexist with each other, and
hopefully our actions will force the people to make the government
change and disband the M.R.A. and AZIMUTH."

Note: This game uses the Advanced Marvel Superheroes RPG system that
was published by TSR during the mid 80s to the early 90s,
specifically the Expert Books that expand on various aspects of the
system for both character generation, conflict resolution, talent
usage, and other situations as needed. Knowledge of the game is not
essential as all the material is available in the files section, and
is provided upon requesting membership. Also, just because the game
uses rules and dice does not mean that dice will constantly be in
use, and in fact if players want I willl actually handle all die
rolls in game for them to save time.

Also this game while it uses the Marvel RPG rules the world in which
the game itself takes places is completely original with no
connections to the main Marvel Universe. That means all characters
must be original creations of the players.
