EEK!  I think you either looked at an old version of the web page or I just
missed correcting the address.  The correct address should be:

JJC@mpa15c.mv-oc.unisys.com

You normally won't receive any cnfirmation on a request to start a position
in the game until the next turn is run.  Unfortunately, there are big mail
problems and we have been waiting 2 weeks for the 4.02 turn reports.  It looks
like we are going to have a third week wait too. :( :( :(
