I wouldn't think this would be possible without uuencoding and sending a
savegame after every turn... random events would be different on different
computers. IMO, uuencoding and emailing after every player's every turn
would make the game glacially slow, especially in the earliest stages...
Imagine playing one turn every three or four days, when human vs. human
games can easily stretch into hundred-turn stalemates.
