You have to get the voodoo knowledge blurb from a far inn that sells it.  You
then have to buy voodoo elixer blurbs to actually do the voodoo.  THese will
tell you how much of what bits need to be cooked.

For my money voodoo is vastly overrated.  Some voodoo is useful, healing,
curing and building strength, but who would really use an elixer that scared
away thermadons or gnit gnats?
