Before I devoted to Dyrellan, Varth had a Universe Magic recharge rate of 8. After Devoting to Dyrellan, He now has a recharge rate of 2! I got confirmation that this change is completely due to devoting to Dyrellan. Beware, if you use Advanced Magic at all, you should probably not devote to Dyrellan.
