If you read the docs, the ARENA system works by first recognizing your
email address.  Then , when you do a NAME or CREATE command,
it compares the gladiator's coach to your email.  If they match,
then you have valid access to the gladitor.  So, when it says
a new coach enters the game, it means that a new real-world player
is now playing the game.
