P-B-Email Questionaire From: Chris Edwards <cedwards@ozemail.com.au> Date: Fri, 09 Dec 1994 09:23:06 +0000 At Post-It Games (Australia) we are considering offering some or all of our PBM games (Star Quest IV, Game Of Kings, Blitzkrieg, Shadow Lords II, World Emperor & Blood, Gore and Guts Across The Galaxy) with an Email option for sending and receiving orders and reports. At present we are planning that we would produce a help program for editing/viewing reports and orders etc.. You would enter your order via the help program that would produce a compressed file format to send back to us. We would process all the orders and return a file(s) to your that would update your helper ready for your perusal and entering of your next set of orders. Initially the help program would be rather basic but we hope to increase the complexity with experience and suggestions. What we are looking for is some feedback. Preferably return your feedback direct to us via EMail (cedwards@ozemail.com.au). 1. What type of games do you like to play ? (Fantasy, SF, Wargames, Other (please specify)) 2. What complexity do you like in a game? (Rating 1-10 with 1 = dead simple and 10 = mind blowing detail!) 3. What turnaround (time for orders sent till next order due) do you prefer? 3 days, 1 week, 10 days, 2 weeks. 4. How much would be be prepared to pay per turn for the "right" game? $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $8, $10, more. 5. Do you have any ideas or suggestions you would like to share with us? 6. We hope to test out our first "Emailable" game (Game of Kings, a Fantasy Adventure) in the second quarter of '95 (maybe sooner if we are lucky), would you be interested in joining the playtest? Merry Xmas, Chris & Nadine Edwards, Post-It Games Up
