I have created a filter that will pack a group of emails into a post to rec.games.pbm. Right now, to test, I will post once for every 5 emails received for each list. Later I'll raise that number ( I'm thinking that one post for each 15 emails would be good - I plan to also flush the pending stuff if a list doesn't get the required number for n hours or days, but this hasn't been implemented ). If you find any problems with the post, please tell me. If the Internet stops working tomorrow, it's probably my fault :-) But don't email me saying that you didn't see any post because: a) My filter might not have worked ( It's 1:00AM PST and I don't plan to wait for an email for the list to see if it's working - I'll find out tomorrou morning ) or b) news posting sometimes take a *long* time to propagate across the 'net. I'll send a message to the lists to inform that this is working fine so that people can unsubscribe from the mailing-list, so please stick around for now. NOTE: If you post to rec.games.pbm everyone that plans to stay on the mailing-list ( myself included - I'm doing this for charity ;-) won't see it. The First Bank Of Atlantis, to help factions move their silver safely about. A big bank like this would require a lot of bookwork and a respectable reputation (until we're ready for global domination a ha ha aha aha aha aha ) and this doesn't suit my slightly pyratical plans. But it would let that faction see most of Atlantis, be involved in a lot of plots and maybe even plan military style Gold Shipments and Bandit raids.... hmmmm maybe i'll take it up after all. Greetings to you all ! What do you do first thing when you arrive somewhere ? a) Put up rules ? b) Be the boss ? c) Act like a King ? If so (a, b or c), then do not bother reading this. I'd like to talk to free-thinkers, open-minded people, those that know how to behave, and not to think, like huge amounts of people did in the known universe, that whatever land they put their feet on is theirs ! to people who enjoy peace and knowledge. I'm OK when you talk about peace in Atlantis, but, as we are an example, the very first foreign settlers in Atlantis, coming out of the magic Atlantis City, we should not try to bring peace by building up armies and issuing threats. Oh, well, you can desire war, but do not hide it behind the peace blah blah. Know were you stand. The Council of Komarken should not have threatened anyone. The idea was good, but the wicked way in which these people are trying to create a totalitarian region makes me sick ! As long as people say "we will only let in the people that we choose, other, get off before we kick your ass out", I'll stand against them. I won't fight, I might argue, but will never ever surrender and sell my soul for filthy recognition from them. I am not your enemy, but will never join you (and I bet you don't care about that). Still, there seems to be people with whom I'd like to exchange knowledge, for the sake of all good-hearted factions. Long live the Cartographer's consortium. Magma, I'd like to join your gathering, as it seems to stand on values I agree with. Peace - no threats ! Cheers, Gurwan, Carrying the land of Breizh in his heart, And liquors in his cart.
