The FGZ & IMP settled on fair compensation for both sides, to diffuse a situation started by the now executed attaman. And in any case, the details of this are private, just as the details between the IMP and any race or government are. Do not presume to judge whether or not the IMP is biased simply because we do not permit others to fight wars in our own backyard.
