Here is my 2 cents, I started this game about 1.5 years ago, and was introduced to it by Jeff Ford, who some of you probably know. Also I have talked to MANY people while I was learning the game, not the least of which was Murr R(we met at Disney :-) ). Murr had some rather interesting views on CS, none of which Hugh would deny on our weekly GEnie meets. Most obviouly it enhances your battle strategy: -This is mostly seen on multi-people encounters -You will find that you will not get behind people, that you will move in around your friends without seing 'soandso is in the way'... -You will not turn from target to target if you get hit from the sides, but will concentrate your attacks on one foe at a time. As for being attacked, Murr explained CS as your view angle you could see without turning your head. The higher your lvl, the more you could see. At lvl 3, I have noticed I can see most attacks from the side, I am intrested in seeing what 6 will do, but my 2 high characters are not KP sponges. All in all, I suggest increasing beyond 1 if you are going to adventure and/or groupfight. I have not seen any benefits for battle fights, but I have not had the chance to test it. Brett Up
