The one thing I forgot to mention in "Briggs" post was that it's a one way jump, then you have to take the long way back to the Periphery. S. Considering the "smurfing" that is coming out of the Qoomans now days, I don't know how anyone can believe anything! OK: For all you aliens/humans in the "drool section": 1. "I" (that is first person, singular for ME) called Tom Jackson when I first got back into the game...and ASKED nicely for him to move his stinkin ships out of MY SPACE... 2. 12-10 weeks later (Freaken long enough to get the turns in, even for the USnail) I send 4 DVs through...they are still there, so I shoot. 3. "I" (again, that means ME) called Tom the very day I get the freakin battle reports and once again ASK them to be moved. "Oh, well, I'll have to find out..." Obviously those ships and their crews didn't mean doo doo to the QSN, or else, they would have moved them 10 weeks ago...I call it "Taken Out the Trash..." no race, group or government should have to ASK about anything in there space! I know the IMPs would not, the WCE would not, the SAM would not, and the freaken Quoomans wouldn't either.... The point is, for the peanut gallery, "I" called...no one called me to check on this deal...period!...Oh, and save me the line that they were being run by an "inactive" player...they moved Richard...they were at 1547 first...oh, and Jackson did tell me that Barry got the 1st battle report "From the Player"! OOOPS...smells like the cr*ps really starten to flow.... Hey, you want to fight me? Name the system...name the time...BRING ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.... I'm not against a good fight Richard, just don't act like your doing it for some "Hollier than Thou" reason...K? Sorry for those of you who may have been distrubed by this post...But I've had just about enough of this crap! The wormhole to Mace is in Merolla at 233...but NO ONE (without my permission<VBEG>) may enter. Doing so is an act of war...(FYI) Bests- J. For over one year all the big GTT colonies have offered EVERY common and many restricted items at 5 stellars a mu, as well as purchasing many of the rare metals and items at decent prices. To prevent some past AFT style abuses the only limit is that we keep only two Merchantman loads of each item in stock (soon to change to two Cargo Master loads in stock.) I'm not doing these sales to make stellars, as we've already noted, stellars are not worth alot and GTT is sitting on a large cache of them, but it does make it easier for people to get some of the items they need from the GTT 'grocery store'. I've noticed that traffic to Bome, Gaspree, Sodom, and Viking have picked up, and I've gotten a few notes and calls from folks saying that they appreciate it. With the new restricted markets becoming available, and the opportunity to offer restricted services and upgrades through a market will make it alot easier to players kickstart the economy so that stellars really are worth something. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ...
