The rulebook only states (well, i haven't looked at it in a while), that it allows one to choose the dodge/retreat in situations where parrying would be stupid -- e. g. using a dagger to parry a greatsword. Does it also improve your chances to parry in general? Does it also allow you to control/guide your opponents weapon (as is sometimes evident in combat results). 2. So what item can magic points be stored in? I've seen references to this, but obviously don't know nothing about it.
