I can swing a light bat or wiffle bat with great accuracy one handed.

I run both strong and weak characters.  This does not bother me.  I
simply think that large heavy weapons should be easier to dodge.

I would think that Height and Weight would also be considered.  Weapons
that necessitate two hands for their style (i.e. Halberd, Q-staff) would
remain two-handed.  Those that do not (Greatsword, Heavy Warhammer) would
not.
