Don't know what happened to the rest of this post, but I get the idea.

PMJI, but I was _very_ put off by the level of customer service RSI
provides. So what if they have a lot of customers? Does that justify
crappy service??? (I get enough of that line from the Postal Service!)

I spent almost exactly a year from when I submitted my first Hyborian War
turnsheet to getting the results back. You'd think there'd be some sort of
compensation for the wait, wouldn't you? WRONG. (This was back when the
game first started, FWIW) Then all sorts of things didn't work - I finally
wrote & told RSI that I considered seven bucks a turn to be way excessive
for a betatest.

To top things off, I'd tried DUELMASTERS and it wasn't my cup of tea, so I
dropped out. RSI continued to run that position for me, sending me
unsolicited turns, and CHARGING my account for it - ran it about 50 bucks
into the red, and then had the nerve to try to collect. I told 'em to sue
me.
