Description:

Set in the near future of Earth, 2025, this is a superhero game with
features the rise of heroes for the first time.  The game will use GURPS
3rd edition game mechanics and character design.  This is a modestly
realistic and bloody system.  The game will not begin with less than two
players.  I�d recommend no less than three.  And players will need to
agree on morality.  That is, will you play four-color heroes - or
vigilante - but as a group.  Reactions by the public and the Law will be
realistic.

Technology will be realistic as well.  Gadgeteers will be limited to
available technology.  Sorry, no aliens yet.  Also, no vampires or
werewolves.  Any alien technology will be unique and costly � and
irreplaceable.	If you lose a gadget, you lose the points.

Concept and background are extremely important.  So is the ability to
write and role-play.  You should be able to post daily or at least every
other day.  And posts should be better than a short paragraph.	These will
be GM guided adventures.  Yes, there will be non-combat time.  Indeed, I
prefer most of the time be non-combat, investigations, etc.  Combats
should be planned out and brief if possible.

Characters should be Modern and realistic.  They should have a source of
income, transportation.  The game will be based in the classic New York
City.

Knowledge of the GURPS system will be useful, not absolutely necessary.
This will be more of a GM guided adventure � diceless for players.
