Their customer service has gotten a lot of flak over the years and it is beating a dead horse, but someone has to say something to prospective PBM players who have never had any dealings with RSI. >All I ever hear is people harping on their CSR. Give it a rest please. I quit the game four years ago. For the six years I played every player I knew (quite a few) could get a hold of a human rep maybe 10% of the time when they called in with questions or complaints. Otherwise it was just the tape machine. I, personally, think most questions or complaints can be handled by paper with the next turn, but some problems require a phone call and immediate response. PBM is a service industry and maybe that's why some players expect an immediate resolution. I agree that there is a small minority of players out there who like to cause havoc with both the PBM company and the players like you described. Fortunately, most of them fade away or get demolished by everyone in the fights. Mike Up
