I have played many PBMs...too numerous to list them all, and when RSI took over The Next Empire from Cyborg...they proceeded to become the worst company I ever dealt with. In fact, I dropped two positions which most likely would have won their respective games because turns were several weeks late, with no explanations other than "the moderator was sick". Well...after the fifth or sixth time..this gets old. If you want a company with good customer service, RSI is NOT the best choice. Try Advanced Gaming Enterprises, Flying Buffalo Inc., or even Prime Time Simulations. Jared Referenced By Up
