I do not have much experience with the company mentioned so I will not use specifics. However, the excuse that their customer service is good considering their workload just doesnt hold water with me. If I give my money to a company expecting service, I dont want service that is good considering correctable circumstances; I want good service. As an example, if I go to Mcdonalds for lunch and have to wait 20 minutes to get served, I dont think they did a good job considering their work load. Instead, I feel they should hire more employees. So, if a company is successful enough to overwork their staff, they should invest in more employees. Dave Up
