[PBEM News] Tokyo Nights From: badotaku@gmail-dot-com.no-spam.invalid (badotaku) Date: Thu, 21 Sep 2006 18:16:06 +0000 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v27/toolofthestate/tnbanner.jpg Tokyo Nights is a role-playing game set in contemporary Tokyo. With no canon and completely free-form, this game should appeal to fans of Japanese cinema and drama. Characters can fulfil any number of the figures one might expect to find in Tokyo's night air. Just for example, one might find Yakuza, hosts and hostesses, soapland workers, politicians, affluent youths, talents and so on. Tokyo Nights uses an alternative reality style of role-playing. Play occurs almost in real-time, with the date in-game the same as in real-life. The primary means of role-playing is through chat conferences held in Yahoo! Messenger. In addition to this, characters may interact with one another through email or one-to-one instant-messenging, or any method both parties agree on. This role-play can then be summarised in logs written into character LiveJournals. This game is only suitable for those over 18 years of age. There may be situations of an adult nature, but these are not the core of the game, and they can be opted out. For more information, click here This game is being advertised in both the Romance and Erotic sections because neither is best suited to the game. -- posted from PBEM News - PBEM listings and announcements Reply to this post at http://www.pbemnews.org Up
