Description:

Caravans are disappearing without a trace north of Cormyr. Tales of
goblinoids on the march in the lands between the Forest Kingdom and the
Dales. Strange shadows seen flying across the face of the moon.

Something is big is looming in the future, and nobody yet knows what it
all means.

Your group has been hired to investigate the disappearance of one
particular caravan. Suzail, the capital of Cormyr, is where you were told
to meet the other members of the group - apparently lead by one �Findor
Tallwillow�. The money promised as reward will certainly let you live well
for quite a while - leaving you to wonder *why* the payment being offered
is so high...

The advertisements you saw made the requirements pretty plain:

�Adventurous individuals sought to help discover whereabouts of lost
caravans and missing cargo. Considerable reward offered. Warriors of all
sorts, Magi and scouts - in particular - are needed. Make yourself known
in Suzail at The Dragon's Claw tavern and ask for Findor."

The Cloven Shield Adventurer�s Guild is a Forgotten Realms PBeM, using the
2nd Edition AD&D rules (modified somewhat). The entire campaign - thus far
- takes place a decade before the �Time of Troubles�, and Faerun is having
enough troubles now. The game started in February 2000, and is resuming
