CompuServe has gotten just too damn expensive. My $9.95 basic services package buys me very little, except for email to other CompuServe nos. Email to and from the Internet and AOL is billed at $0.10 each. I called CompuServe and asked them why they charge for all of this when other services do not. I was told that CompuServe has to pay Internet for posting and receiving mail, as well as paying AOL to get and receive email. I asked what about PBMGames where BSE shows up in Rm 2. This idiot claims that CompuServe has to pay something called PBMGames, Inc. to post messages, etc. to that forum. We all know that this is crap! You'd at least think that CIS customer service people could come with a better lie than this. So, I am switching off CompuServe in a week or so. My AOL addresses are as follows: WayneAlex@aol.com StuKrieger@aol.com DaxKrieger@aol.com KriegerEEM@aol.com CPTNewsRm@aol.com These should be rather self-explanatory in determining what each one is for. My Internet address is: wayne.alexander@linxinc.com Please refrain from sending mail, etc. to my CompuServe address of 71470.344@compuserve.com or 71470,344 for you CompuServe users.
