I have this encounter in my files somewhere. It is in fact a vampire. The
friend who sent  me the encounter was a neutral at the time. The encounter was
in Corsairs's territory. He was feeling aggressive, and had a challange rank
of somewhere in the 60's, so he chose INTERROGATE.

The vampire attacked, and left him with health 1 (one).
