If the attacker uses spells (or artifacts), do these spells support him in the army battle only or do they also help him in the battle against the population center? I know from my own experiences that in a battle between two armies which last more than one round, an army gets the support of spells and artifacts only once in the first round. So I wonder whether you get this support twice in the same turn, if you attack a population center: once against the defending army and once against the town? Has anybody made some experiences?
