But this is not always a good thing. If the newbie is slow on the advance, he cost me alot of time and ties up my troops waiting for him to catch up. However once they do get going they tend to be better allies and are more willing to follow your led or at least let you call the shots. They are a little more weary of adavancing or getting involved till they really get their feet wet. In Hw this can mean a year of working with them. Dan Bell Referenced By Up
