The Next Empire is run by RSI (at least at last I knew).   I
have heard good and bad about it.  The latest readers poll in
Paper Mayhem has it a 38 out of 66 games polled with 6.476
stars out of nine.

Be warned RSI has THE WORST customer service reputation in the
business and it is a reputation not without foundation.  The
problem is they have one or two people getting paid peanuts to
handle well over 10,000 customers a month and needless to say,
it takes time to get things done, and plenty of reminders too.
 It's not the people on the staff, its the amount of staff that
RSI has, and the lack of monetary incentive to go work for
them...
