It is so simple that I can't beleive that I am the only one to have thought of it! The only true solution is: 1) Leave Atlantis, 2) Buy as many people as you want. Not only do you get as many people as you require, you don't have to spend money feeding them as they move to where ever you are going. Don't waste time and money. Atlantis is crowded, you'll never get what you want there. Move to where the living is easy! No one else would be allowed to participate in the combat unless they were stated in all the other participants duel commands. Announcements of upcoming duels could be advertised in the times and everyone could bet amongst themselves, maybe even someone would want to be a bookie. Payment for the participants would be aproblem. Maybe it would only be from bets between the duellers, or funded some other way. Voytek. The duel command could be coded to give a reward to the winning person(s). Maybe 20 silver for every round the combat lasted (assuming that they survived...). Also don't forget that winners get 50% of their opponents stuff :) Betting is a game/roleplay risk, and I think it should be left out of any coding and organised by player entreprenneurs or people who can spell that word :-) Jon. This sounds a bit like the activities of traders to me but hey it's an idea. Unless of course you are planning to have this in the big areana and have the goverments run it and therefore the betting.
