Players assume the role of Military and Political leader of a small nation destined for global conquest. The only to stop the would be Generals are the other would be Generals. Each player commences the game with a limited amount of funds in which to purchase their weapons of war. Once weapons are procurred and troops are trained then the players set about the task of conquering surrounding nations.
