While IMP-PFM relations are currently very good, they are not citizens of Imperial territory. Please check with your company PD, who can explain the "Equal colonization rights" that the ACCC requests, to you. von Ludendorf ------------------------------ From: LUDENDORF@delphi.com Date: Sat, 27 May 1995 03:26:59 -0400 (EDT) Subject: Re: BSE: Anyone in LA? > ** This is your computer: "C:\". To several different anti- Steve D. folks, Allow me to clear up a misconception. Steve D. decided to join the WCE, applied for permission from the ISP, for Werth to join, as per the IMP-WCE treaty. Permission was granted, because once it joins ANY affil., it loses it's prescious neutrality. HOWEVER, shortly after permission was granted, Steve D. dropped. Steve (aka Harry Flashman) no longer owns Werth. It is still IND. The CPT article was wrong, Wayne didn't know what was being discussed behind the scenes.... and we didn't bother to tell him. So give it a rest already. Dax, Actually you have it backwards, Pittsburg was handled almost entirely by the SMS. My only involvement was on the one instance when what little was left of the RIP fleet attempted to break the SMS blockade, the SMS called for ISP help only that once. All through the battle for the colony, I offered the SMS, Imperial help in neutralizing the colony, but they always refused. The SMS deserves all the credit for this battle. For > reasons which are too complicated to go into here, the answer is very importan this doesn't exist.... YET! When RTG implements the new rules, then it will take effect. Steve To: Thad, IF you're reading this, this is my opinion of creeping damage: it's assinine. Especially with the current turnaround. Allow me to use the battle with the Kronprinz as an example. I did not recieve a copy of the battle report until Saturday, the week AFTER the battle. So IF creeping damage had been in, I would've taken extra damage, and not even knew a battle had occured. Say I fax in an immediate turn for repairs, by the time it's processed, it's even more damage.... possibly blowing the ship, if the damage was very heavy. On Sunday, I called Wayne, to discuss the battle because his ship was also involved. As of sunday of the 2nd week after the battle, he still hadn't recieved a copy. By the time he did, he would've taken 2 weeks creeping damage, had it been his ship attacked, and a 3rd week of damage, by the time a response turn would've been processed. It's just stupid. If you thought that I meant that I expected N.B. to carry on the > RIP SA, I didn't. My concerns have nothing whatsoever to do with N.B. New Beginnings has nothing to do with anything. It was only brought up because it was a cloaked RIP colony when it was first detected by the USS and reported to the IMP. After scanning the colony, to confirm targetting, it was dealt with. Since the topic was cloaked RIP colonies being attacked, and someone was under the misimpression that they weren't supposed to be detectable, I mentioned this colony along with 4 others as examples that not only are RIP colonies detectable, but fightable. Horst ------------------------------ From: pkrauskopf@FALCON.AL.WPAFB.AF.MIL Date: Sat, 27 May 1995 09:08:45 -0400 Subject: WCE Honor I would like to give just a few examples of QSN "honor." 1. They have publically incited the entire Greater Periphery to violate WCE law and Catrark wishes by inviting everyone to use our wormhole. 2. They have paid others (including the PGJ, the PFM, and the KZK) to attack WCE assets in the QSN's stead. 3. They have wantonly ignored many governmental claims of sovereignty by claiming systems already owned. 4. They have baltantly ignored the laws of other governments, and then claimed injury when those governments enforced those laws. 5. They have ruthlessly nuked two WCE colonies, killing thousands of innocent colonists, all for the accidental loss of a few thousand Securitybots. 6. They have and continue to invent "justified reasons" for continuing their war of aggression against the peoples of the Transhole, and hte WCE in particular. If these are the "standards of honor" against which the the WCE is to be compared, we are, indeed, a government of the highest honor. Secretary Treyder PS-- The only colonists killed during the battle on Tought Ugo were militia. There was absolutely no collateral damage. ------------------------------ From: Alan Hatcher <ZU02380@UABDPO.DPO.UAB.EDU> Date: Sat, 27 May 95 10:23:16 CDT Subject: Re: BSE: Poker -Reply On Sat, 27 May 1995 07:52:13 -0400 <pkrauskopf@falcon.al.wpafb.af.mil> said: > I'll be there too.
