Not really beautifull as a set of orders, but perhaps one that would work:

L 1 COL 10
(Now, the MAX parameter design the 10 ships with 1 cargo).

U MAX 6
(I guess MAX now point to the empty ships).

L 1 COL 3
(Again, loaded ships are designed by MAX.)

OK, now that my headache is gone here's my answer:

L 1 COL 10
S MAX 100 1
S MAX 101 1
S MAX 102 1
S MAX 103 1
U MAX
L 1 COL 3
S MAX 104 1
S MAX 105 1
S MAX 106

Note: I assume that MAX point to groups NOT in hyperspace.  I think this is
         not the case in some games.
