The scenario is as follows: In the 22nd century, astronomers discovered a habitable planet in the Alpha Centauri star system. A fleet of colony ships was soon launched. After decades of travel, a colony was founded on the planet. The land area of the planet consists of a single small, square continent, which the colonists divided up into politically autonomous regions. Now, many years after the landing, warlords have gained power in some of the regions, and global war appears imminent." This is one of several quality game designed and developed by Russell Wallace.
