You will be pleased to know that we have completed out background checks and have ordered a uniform to your specifications and are processing your request for company gear. Please peruse the attached lists and let our office know if anything is missing. Our office is prepared to subsidize a trip from your area of residence to our office in Luna City for 8am Monday, January 4th, 2100. Cab fare from the spaceport to our office, as well as accommodations at an adjoining bed and breakfast will be provided. Following arrival, we will begin a two-week training session to familiarize each member with our equipment and team-building skills. Immediately after this, the group will depart for Mars, meeting a supply shipment of rations and gear that was sent last year, and should arrive a month before you leave.
