This is a temporary situation, and Mr. Lunchnick is actively seeking an associate of his to take over command of The Closed Fist on a short term basis (those not contacted need not apply). It is Mr. Lunchnick's opinion that this situation will only last for a single month, and then The Closed Fist will once again be controlled by an independent entity. All agreements made between other factions and The Closed Fist are still valid in full, and Mr. Lunchnick appreciates the full cooperation of all factions doing business with The Closed Fist. Mr. Lunchnick would also appreciate it if those concerned factions would contact him so that there will be no misunderstandings regarding business transactions. But is it right? :_) Yes, I believe it is - giving units between factions is entirely legal within the game - however, it might have been better phrased if the person above had said "I'm leaving the game, does anyone want a free unit or two" If the other player had just started his faction to give money and units to anexisting one, this would be pretty much against the spirit of the game, but hepublicly offered his faction away, making me feel that this wasn't planned. PEOPLE, don't believe in The Black Company, announcing the safetiness of DECLARE ALLY 1. It won't help against the dark forces. After eliminating the city guards they hop on the next weak faction (alliance), thus eliminating small bands of fighters step by step, until they dare to attack the big ones, which are then standing sole on the last turf to be defended.
