Hyborian War (Hyrkania) From: DANNY@library.health.ufl.edu Date: Tue, 18 Jul 1995 00:00:00 +0000 A lot of what has been said is opinion on this country. I'm on turn 29 and I am in 3rd place. I allied with Khitai because the person playing was a newbie. He has been a good ally. I knew that he would be tied up learning the game. I have never had a problem with any revolts because I have a superior ruler (my Adj.) I keep him ruling because his military command is only adeq. I took out Kusan, Kosala, and parts of Hyperboria. I went after trade routes to finance my kingdom and it has worked well. Khitai now has a good understanding of the basics and is now taking the last of his victory conditions. My point in all this that there really is no set of rules to make any country run smooth what works for me in my game may not work in yours. If Khitai would have been a vet of HW and unwilling to cooperate it would have been different. I think most new players are doing the right thing by asking questions. I have seen some good advice and some that I would not use. Just keep asking for help and we will answer. Dan Referenced By Up
