I've got a VISA card, but the bank doesn't want to allow me too use it outside SA without Reserve Bank clearance. They seem to have a problem with the idea of money leaving the country without something being imported. They also don't know how to classify PBM games, because they have not heard of it before. At the moment it looks as if I have to pay R300 to the Reserve Bank for clearance (if I'm lucky), which is a lot since I only want to spent about R300 overseas! Thanks in advance joe Referenced By Up
