In the playtest, I setup as a basher in the North as well. The dens there,
while a bit sparse, were TOUGH. Unless they toned them down from the playtest,
I'd advise you to pick your targets carefully. There were lots of nice markers,
though.

Also, note that your spellcasters are going to be pretty ineffective as den
bashers until they get better spells and SP ratings. A warlock, even a very
good starting one will be able to throw a fireball for maybe 95 points or so of
damage before saves and muting. Granted this hits 3 critters, but look at what
a good fighter can do in one round of melee - up to 250 points, if he/she hits
both times. The fireball will be ineffective against critters with high Thermal
ratings anyway. The moral fo all this - go bash things with the fighters early,
and work on improving the mages, both with better stats and better spells.
