However, the first line of your message should be #times <faction#> <password>. The last line should be #end. Of course, if you don't have a password, then that is left blank. It should all be in the new rules which was recently released. If they were mine, I wouldn't know without a substantial check, for which I don't always have time. How many units do you think there are in Atlantis called "Unit (xxxx), leader, horse."??? Ta. Jon. Secondly, ALLCombat bonuses are accumulative (So Strength spell giving EFFECTIVE combat skill is fine, but studying Combat itself yields bonuses (Check the rules and mail Geoff like we did) so ALL combat skills are added up) Next, the point about the wand and the combat spell are valid, but we have heard nothing to the contrary. Maybe you can set only one spell, but what is the use of gadgets in that case??? This means bad coding, which I don't think is right. I actually believe that the turn checker will allow for the wand to be used inconjunction, but I live to get shot down. Thanx for the notes (Sorry for the reply delay - tonne of hassles down here) Regards as ever Dave ---------------------------------------------------------- Date: Wed, 30 Aug 1995 09:54:16 -0700 From: Mike Weldon (Seed) <weldon@sdd.hp.com> Subject: OBS training in Jaca I will be offering obs training to level 3 this turn in Jaca for 20 sil per person. Zavis jumped up from his bed and take cover behind it. Seeing not assassin but his scribe Dalimil approaching, he breathed with relief: "Certainly He is with us. We deffend the just cause. But why do you wake me up before noon ?" "A miracle, my lord ! The miracle of the Great Geoff has uncovered all fakes in the latest Times ! And here, look: these two articles were out of question sent by one person but have two signatures - Order of the Grey Wolf(930) and Order of the Ebon Hand(931). And what is the next ? Another blackmail letter ! It was surely sent by the Ebon Hand and the Grey Wolf is his minion." "Great, Dalimil ! It confirms all my previous statements and discloses another member of this dishonour group. Make it clear to everybody in Jaca. I hurry to the Temple to sacrifice to the Great Geoff." For everyone not knowing it yet: So far known members of the United Orders of Chaos are Order of the Wandering Monk (762) Order of the Grey Wolf (930) Order of the Ebon Hand (931) Order of the Cresent Hawk (940). In spite of their proclamations many of them are magic factions. And why they do it ? They aim to awake fear among citizens of Jaca and make them purchase their services and magic items. Be aware of their foul ways ! House of Green Rose Vitkovci (761) myska@ati.ac.at OOC note: Use my personal address, please, I don't read atl-players list. Up
