Yes, part of the Frees in 198 did do a good job.
The Wking was knocked out of Angmar in record time

I do not think so.

Right now, the top positions are all held by the neutrals.
If we were so inclined, we could try alot of tranfers to try and
get one of the DS into the top three.  But, it looks like this
whole game is going to the neutrals.

Also, imagine the dissappointment of the Cloud Lord and
Dark Lieutenants players who used game winning certificates
to insure their positions in this dissapointing ten turn game.

Unfortunatly, there are no winners in game 198.
Even the neutrals who spent the first 10 turns building up
are dissappointed to see the strength of their nations wasted
on game that isn't being played.

Sometimes the luck of the Draw isn't very lucky at all
